We formed an agency arm to the group in late 2006 which was launched as Property Managers Realty Limited (P.M.R.L.), Licensed REAA 2008, MREINZ, trading as McMahon Commercial. That company was created to enable us to become fully involved in the market which has also been of benefit to the management side of the operation.

We brought the same level of professionalism and integrity to the agency business that has been the trademark of Property Managers since 1992 and not surprisingly, have experienced great results over the last couple of years. We have launched the McMahon Commercial brand to clearly distinguish our role from that of Property Managers and are currently involved in a number of exciting projects within the Tauranga area.

We also intend to work closely with developers locally to see if we can create any commercial properties suitable for syndication as this is, we believe, the only way in which we will ever be able to source new product in this region.
